Employees' State Insurance Act 1948 (ESI Act)

Employees' State Insurance Act 1948 (ESI Act) under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India is a social security scheme for the workers who are generally exposed to health related issues such as sickness, maternity, temporary or permanent disablement, Occupational disease or death due to employment injury, resulting in loss of wages or earning capacity-total or partial. Social security provisions are made in the Act to counterbalance or negate the resulting physical or financial distress in such contingencies.


Services we offer UNDER ESI:

  • Facility of online Registration of the firm/establishment under the ESI Act and procuring Code Number.
  • Obtaining Sub-code for branch offices.
  • Preparation of monthly Challan required for deposit of contribution under ESI Act.
